Spent tons of money on All Clads when we got married, they wore out terribly, switched to TFal which worked well for the price, then moved back to copper core All Clads. THEN I stumbled on these Zwillings at a rental property last year and I’ve never looked back. They cook incredibly, they clean even better then they cook, theyre as comfortable and light as you could want, and they’re just perfect in every way (in my humble opinion). Note— DO NOT use any sort of metal cooking utensil EVER. I got a scratch on my brand new straight sided pan cause I was an idiot using metal (all-clad no less) tongs to toss some homemade pasta. A mistake I’ll never make again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off these pots and pans look really nice. They do not stick at all. Everything slides around in these pots and pans so easy. The fry pans cook really hot so I need to turn down the heat compared to my older pans. The set is really easy to clean with a soft rag and soap.

I know they will last for years to come!! The absolute ONLY thing I wish they would have added was heat resistant handles for the lids and grips. But other than that they are perfect!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been treating all of my pans the same. No olive oil, no high heat, no dishwasher. I let them cool etc. But one pan became. discolored and got sticky on me after the first use. I’m so sad. I’m hoping to find some help to fix the issue. All of my other pans have been amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally decided to get rid of our non stick pots and pans. This came out as the winner. I love the weight and feel of the handles. Cooking has been great. However our smallest pot was recently used and we noticed some flaking on the finish. We have used the small pot a handful of times. We also only use plastic or wooden utensils. I guess we will see how well the warranty is.

I had purchased a large fry pan from the Zwilling store and really loved it. As a result I purchased the set. I have had it for quite some time now and I am very pleased how they cook. I am not very happy however with the way they clean. I cook a lot and yes I do use oil. I haven't had a huge problem until recently. The oil leaves stick staining all over the pan and is very difficult to clean. I always hand wash the pots and pans so I am just disappointed in that one problem. I was wondering if you can use the back side of a soft sponge that has a scrubby on it? Aside from that one "issue" I would highly recommend these pans.
