I use the light liners as I don't leak much or often. They are comfortable & no one can tell I'm wearing a pad.

The liners were comfortable, absorbent and made me confident they were providing the protection I needed.

I used period pads for the longest. They never really felt right and didn't really work. Poise pads really do the trick.

No more Period Pads for me

If you have a latex allergy...beware as there is something in the adhesive that caused a serious allergic reaction. I am not sure if the adhesive changed or what but I used to be able to wear these, not any more. And...of course, I purchased a case of them without realizing the adhesive gave me an allergic reaction with hives, itch, etc.

If you've had babies, well, you know what happens when a surprise sneeze comes your way. These will be your back up for when you can't do the cross-legged laugh attack. These will be your backup when you're in a coughing fit. These will save you the sprint to the restrooms in public. If you're Plus, get the long. They WORK!!!
