If you have to use this product there are many choices. I especially like this as there are so many they last a long time. They are extra long and very thin you dont realize they are there. Not for major leakage. The cost is better than buying smaller packages.

i always order these. they're always well packed and i receive them within days in good condition. i love these because i don't get skin irritation, as with other liners or pads. secondly the sick liner is so strong the liner does not move around. once in a great while if i peel the liner a piece of the sticky part gets stuck to my panty. and lastly it can damage your underwear because it has a strong stick. but i don't mind . as its only a rarity. overall this is my go to product.

i dont use them for incontinence. i use as pantyliner/ pads for menstruation. they are very absorbent. thin and flexible. good coverage. and mold to Thong underwear. not to mention cheaper than regular pads. they should be marketed for both incontinence and menstruation.
