Way more effective and practical compared to using panty liners. I love this product - I just wish the super thin liners were a tad bit longer.

Found that regular length liners do not not protect when you cough or sneeze. Will continue to buy the long liners.

The liners were comfortable. Not a fan of the micro, i am a large woman did no feel the coverage that i felt with the regular one.
