[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great for days that you need that little extra absorbency. They are light and cannot tell they are there. As someone that's younger but has a kidney disease that can cause leakage they're perfect.

when i put one on i went out grocery shopping and as summer is going into fall my allergies have been acting up and causes me to sneeze. while out i sneezed a few times but knowing i was wearing a poise liner i had no worries at all and was able to feel confident to go about my day. honestly when wearing a poise liner i forgot i even had one on because they are so discreet and its like you aren't wearing one at all. it gave me confidence and freedom thank you poise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The liners I received were so small, I thought they were for dolls. I would need at least 3 of them to make a liner to fit me. I was very disappointed. I do like Poise Pads, I use the long 5 absorb and the overnights. I would use liners if you made them long enough.
