For the last couple of years I have had 'leakage'. I was hesitant to buy Poise Liners because I remembered the ones from 20 years ago for 'period' control. They bunched up and didn't control odor back then. What A Difference !! Poise Liners stay in place all day. They have superior odor control. They are so comfortable I forget I have them on. I wear snug clothing for ease of movement. They don't show. And the freedom they have given me ! I feared (before using these) I might have offensive odor or a leak would show through. Not anymore ! I can sit and move however I please without the worry of an embarrassing moment. I'm only 60. Thanks for giving me my life back.

Noticed with the last package that they were scrunching up (width-wise) and the parts without adhesive were folding over as a result, and partially covering the absorbent part. I was finding wet underwear around the leg opening, whereas I had not in the past with these. I was thinking that something had changed with these. What was wrong? Then when I went to buy another package, I noticed the "new thinner" notice on the package. Sure enough, it was also on the package I was using. So, that was the change. They are not working well for me now. I am not happy with the "improvement". Absorbency is OK, but, now they are too thin so they scrunch up, leaving underwear not protected. I almost did as well with the micro-liners. Not pleased to have to step up to a higher level of protection or look for another product, when these have worked very well for me for several years. I would like to see the adhesive on the entire pad, also, not just down the center. That is one thing I liked with the Always liners I used prior to switching to Poise. Before the change, I would have given these 5 stars.

And they are very comfortable to wear like nothing is down there

BIG COMPLIANT! The adhesive on the liner is way too sticky. It tears the panty's cotton liner and causes run like tear in the nylon fabric. I've had to press the Poise liner against the purple wrapper to reduce its stickiness before using the liner. I really like the product itself; that's why I go to the trouble of trying to reduce the adhesive.

I mostly have accidents when I sneeze, so I will use these when I know my allergies are acting up. They are thin enough to forget that you're wearing them. There are 44 in a package, so I won't have to buy them often. I like the fabric-like wrappers. I will certainly buy them again!
