I havent felt I was able to go out into the world without leaking right away. Felt very comfortable with the pads, very absorbent, I recommend Poise pads and liners to everyone. Comfortable fit has no leakage, price is reasonable, designed to fit your needs. For those ladies who have a period, but poise pads, they are better and more absorbent than any other pad.

I was using regular panty liners (long) and going through a few a day - the Poise pads last, no need to change multiple times throughout the day. I think I would like the wings to help keep pad more securely in place like thin pads, but am happy with this product.

At first I was skeptical about them, but when I used one it was like heaven on earth. I forgot I was even wearing them. They move with your body and aren't noticeable at all. The only flaw was that if you moved around for more than 3 hours without changing it it will crumble just a tiny bit. The sticky side is super strong won't slide off. It's the perfect fit! Came in small packaging that's recyclable! Plus it is small and comfortable!! Not a strong scent!

Nearing that age where I was transitioning to post menopause and using your standard panty shields. They were definitely not cutting it for that leakage that occurs as we get older. I tried several brands and narrowed it down to Poise and another. I would alternate the two and after 2 weeks Poise was clearly the winner! Small but effective. No odor and barely know it is there. Additionally. Even hiking in the heat for several days on vacation and the liner I put on in the morning held up through the day. Pricing is also more reasonable than the other brands and I am very pleased that there is usually a coupon available on the site.

I use the less absorbent currently and they are sufficient for my needs. I am thankful for that. I have tried both the long and regular length pads and as satisfied with both.They are small enough to hide easily in my purse and yet to pack multiples and not use much packing space.
