The adhesive doesn't stay stuck to my underwear - unlike some other products (and I've tried most liner brands). Poise also keeps me feeling dry and fresh.

I like the way it takes the leakage and absorbs it to the bottom of the pad, leaving me dry on top. The pad stays in place, no moving around at all. It is excellent for light days, but no recommend for heavy days. The pad feels like you are sitting on a bed of pillows, so comfortable to wear. I like that is comes in a discrete package, so it not so noticeable.

I especially love that these are just a bit longer than the traditional size panty liners. I was pleasantly surprised that these absorb well, stick well.
