The team was right on the money, servicing my car and great customer service. hOWEVER, the team did not have all the right tools as 1 tired slug nuts was stucked and they could apply the torque needed to remove the bolt.

I was able to order the tires I wanted and it took about a week to get them in. My car handles very nicely with the new tires on.

Tires are great, sale was great. It always takes longer than they say it is going to, but I was prepared for that. It is odd that I ordered them online ahead of time, made an appointment, but they did not fully charge to my CC until three days after the install.

Notices a difference right away when I drove out. Much quieter. Replaced Goodyear Eagle LS2 ROF tires. These are not ROF so I'm taking a bit of a chance but I purchased at Sams not only for a very good price but also for their benefits that come with installation. My only frustration is that I thought my final paperwork would include and further describe those benefirs, like - what's the phone number for the 4 year Roadside Assistance which would be good to know. Now I have to go back to the club or try to locate that infor online. Not having any luck so far.

Highly rated by Tire Rack. Immediately noticed more comfort with excellent handling over the Michelin Pilot Sport 3s that they replaced. Great installation at Sam's Club.

I love the look, ride and handling so far. Excellent wet weather handling.
