Mounted on a 3500 cummins. Rotated every 7000 miles, tires are at 33,000 miles currently. Two of the four tires are wearing extremely fast. I ordered these as one of the first people in my area. First, only two tires were delivered unfortunately, and the shop mounted them. These two tires have >50% tread still. 2 weeks later, the other tires came in, brought the truck back in, and now those tires have worn very fast (almost no tread left). Tires have been rotated carefully (too pricey not to!) but I can't stop the 2 from wearing quickly. It seems to me there are inconsistencies in the manufacturing process that need to be figured out. I was really looking forward to getting these tires on my Ram 2500 when the OEM tires wore out. As a previous K/O owner, i was very satisfied with my experiences with the tires. But, something was just not right with these, 24k miles, 10 months, and they are shot. So worn out the shop would not even rotate them. I had gotten 60-80k out of the old version, but these just did not hold up. Seemed to do okay while they had some life to them, just did not last nearly long enough to keep them on the truck. Just not a good combination for me this time around.

I have been running BFG KO2's in the harsh desert of Arizona and New Mexico for years. The landscape and rocks are brutal on tires. When I have had a rare tire problem, BFG has taken care of me. I've run the Mud Terrains, and the All Terrains. The rocks and heat can sometimes trash the best tires. BFG has backed these tires when they have failed. If you run around in the Desert, even the best of the best will struggle sooner or later. BFG is at the top of performance, and more importantly to me, they are the top at standing behind their products.

I've run the various versions of this tire on multiple vehicles, XJ, TJ, Super Duty over a period of 20 years. It is a great "all" terrain tire. It isn't perfect at any one thing, but does well over so many different terrains that I use it almost exclusively now (I've run many other brands, but always come back to BFG, and usually the AT). I just wish they were offered in taller, narrower, sizes. I'd love to run a 37x11x17E on a 7.5" wheel. That'd be about perfect for a Super Duty. It'd be great to have the both the AT/KO and the MT/KM available in 37x11x17E, as I switch between tires (please).

I have used these tires for numerous vehicles I have owned, three diesel trucks all towing 10,000-12,00 lbs tool trailer. along with off road adventures, and road trips. I rotate every 5000 miles. the wear is always even and last me 40,000 + miles. I recommend these tires to anyone need performance and wear and stability.

This is my third set of BFG All Terrain and won't be the last. I had 285's prior to this, but for .5" I can't justify over $300 more. These KO 2's are performing very similar to my old KO's. The guys writing reviews saying they are loud, and other comments obviously have something else going on with their respective vehicles. These KO2's are identical to the KO's with the exception of the extra sidewall grips. This will not be my last set, as I drive about 60k miles a year for work and can't imagine buying a different set of tires. I would highly recommend.

I have done a lot of information searching on this tire. BFG are the best tires i have owned. I believe the different reviews concerning tire wear is from the "tread feature" and mileage warranty. If you check your tires for severe rating with no mileage warranty or DT with mileage warranty I bet the fast wearing reviews have the softer compound tires. BFG T/A KO2 are the best

Have a new set on my Ford Excursion after the old ones were 13 year old and still had plenty of tread after 40,000 miles. The old ones still looked great after the mileage. Just bought another set today for my F-150 before winter roles in. They produce a little more road noise than convential tires but you will really enjoy them in the winter.

I drove a 2000 Jeep Wrangler for 17 years. After the stock tires wore out I went through 2 sets of KOs. Loved every mile of cement and dirt road. A couple years ago switched over to a Toyota Tacoma (85% city, 15% off-road), just put the newly designed KOs on with Bilstein 5100 Shocks, now, best ride I have experienced. Amazing quality and feel, worth the money.

I just replaced a pair of LT275/65/18 on a 16 Chevrolet LT 1500 4x4 I got 48000 miles out of them The traction was good in just about all the conditions, poor fuel, but to be expected. The Noise is what first bothered me, as soon as i pulled out, I said what did I do to myself. Similar to the 70's snow tire noise on all 4. Then at 35000 Omg the humm got little louder, at 43000 as I was rolling at 5mph on dry surface i could feel each pieces of the tire hitting the road as if it was missing chunks of the tire. This is when I contacted the tire store I purchased at locally here in Chapin SC. They advised when they begin to show wear this is how they will feel loud and uneven. I probably could have gotten 12000 more miles till hitting the indicator to replace, but I do alot of driving on construction sites. With the rainy winter and mud, I began loosing the traction I had. I personally would not buy another pair of these, unless sponsored for off road race and Brand new then pull them off. I went to the comp kuhmo road venture at 51 same size. Quiet and unbelievablely good in the mud as My BFG's. Time to get tech involved and get the BF's a little quieter, and work on longevity on the tread. Dont get me wrong they looked great when truck was not moving, but way over priced. I believe theses newer manufactures coming out with a bunch of AT and MT tires will hurt BFG in the future if they dont start keeping up with technology... Just an opinion, sorry if you dont like, but the truth shall help your future... Chris
