Been using a couple of weeks. Mostly use the red light but have used the blue for a couple of stress blemishes and it cleared them up in a couple of days. Definitely see an improvement in my skin. I use it every evening after I wash my face. Super relaxing too!

I used this once, then gave it to my granddaughter as a gift. I think she will use it more to keep her skin clear.

Use 3-4 times weekly for the red and yellow light facial therapy. I add serum to my face and use 15 minutes at night. I make sure to have vaseline or moisturizer on my lips, otherwise they feel dry afterwards. I read red light therapy has positive effects on fine lines & wrinkles, so I’ve added this to my nightly routine. Have only used for 3 weeks so far, but I believe it does the job for the price. If you want a stronger light therapy, they have the more expensive ones, but I believe this one is right for me.

I have been using the Skin Gym LED face mask for 6 weeks, minimum 5X a week. May be a placebo effect in play but I do feel my skin looks healthier and my wrinkles especially those on my forehead have diminished somewhat. I usually take collagen powder but have been out for a month. The mask has done well as a substitute for my face. I bought it when it was on sale as a little treat to myself as I seldom visit spas or receive any beauty treatments outside my home. All in all, yes I do believe this mask works, at least for me with the Red LED light. I have not used the blue or yellow so I can not speak of their effectiveness.

I caught this item on sale for $40. I'm unsure if it's doing something on it's own, but I find it a relaxing part of my skin care routine now. I was my face before hand to open my pores, apply a serum, and then pick the setting I'm focusing on for the month. My pores do look better, but I can't attribute that to just this mask.

I have other products from skyn gym and love them. The price of this mask is half than Ulta. But I used it too often because it was so easy. After a month, my face turned red, almost sun burned looking. Otherwise, great product.

This is good in theory, especially for the price. But sadly it is not powerful enough to actually do much. I use a red light wand and thought this would be better because I could do other things while it was on. Never seemed to warm up enough to feel like it was doing anything, so back it went. Save your money and go for the ones that have are more expensive.
