Energy Saver a/s

We have a lot of rain for about 4 months of the year and a lot of rain in some of the other months so besides the water the roads get extra slick and with these tires I don't have to worry about them not holding the road or sliding around. If I just drive carefully the tires take care of the rest. We love them.

MORE COMFORTABLE and BETTER GAS MILEAGE

My car went from driving like a Camaro to a Cadillac... Michelin Energy Saver A/S really made a HUUUUUUUGE difference - and I wouldn't use any other tire in the world, even if they were free! Michelin, you have a customer for life! Thank you very, very much for making such a "Super Quality" tire!

Best for Prius

I have tried other tires for my Prius and the gas mileage decreased by 20%. I went to the Michelin site and found the tires recommended were the energy saver a/s. I purchased them and they are great. Right from the start the gas mileage was increased and they handle fine. I would advise all Prius owners to get them!

Good tires: 97,000 on 2 sets

We have had no trouble with 2 sets of these tires on a 2011 Fusion. 97,000 miles and we drive 2 miles of gravel each day, sometimes more gravel. The Michelins were worth the extra $150 or so versus most brands that I usually get just 35,000 miles out of.

Long term review 4.5 years, 51k miles honda accord

Orginal tires on 2014 honda accord hybrid. Tires are quiet for the first 2.5-3 years, noise gets louder as it wears around 42k. Not happy in wet weather seems to hydroplane in real wet weather in california, new and older. Wear is good and still have tread at 51k but looking to change tires this winter to another version of michelin. Gas mileage average i saw no significant difference from what the vehicle new car sticker stated. Overall ride intially are great and smooth and fair. Lightly stiff ride and firm great traction on dry roads and corners good.

I have gone 76,000 miles

I have gone 76,000 miles on this set of tires with only one rotation. They are getting close to needing replaced. I always keep the tire pressure at 42psi. In reading others reviews I see that others a haven’t seen my mileage. I do my own maintenance,ASE certified, and am curious what pressure they run. Most shops send cars out at 32psi, cars ride smoother. And under inflated. These tires are rated for 44psi.

Getting new tires prematurely

This tire was original equipment on my 2019 Chevy Bolt. At 17000 miles the dealer recommended I replace 2. At 25000 they are all shot. They squeal like crazy on curvy roads, are bumpy and generally noisy. I picked up a tiny screw and found out the self sealing feature does not work.

Terrible tires.

I've driven on Michelin for decades and always had great mileage These came on the vehicle when purchased new 2018 Ford Escape. Junk. 26,000 miles (I only drive about 5,000 miles a year) tread almost gone, cracks all over the sidewalls. Always inflated and always rotated every oil change (I still change every 6 months) Very disappointed. Getting new tires in the next wee or two. Won't be Michelin.

Rick, we'd like to have the tires inspected by an authorized retailer for warranty consideration, particularly due to the cracking. Please have the dealer call us at 866-866-6605 with their findings while you are there at the store.

I never expected these to do this

I bought a 2017 Ford Fusion, and when I went in for an oil change, the guy said, you better get some new tires soon. I was dumb founded. I took pictures of all 4 tires, and wow, they were all cracked like crazy. Like they were 10 years old. Dry rotted. But, unfortunately They wanted to do little for any correction. 26,000 miles on the tires.

Excellent tire

I recently replaced Michelin original equipment tires with these Michelin Energy A/S tires. I drive both on interstate highways and rural roads. They have excellent traction in both dry and wet conditions and I anticipate that I will be able to get over 50K miles from these tires as I do on the original tires. Although Michelin tires cost a little more, they are worth the extra cost based on the peace of mind their safety brings. In particular when my grandchildren are passengers in my vehicle.
