From the moment they were installed, the ride quality was noticeably smoother and quieter than anything I've run before. Highway driving is exceptionally stable and comfortable, even on long trips, and road noise is minimal. Wet traction is excellent and they inspire confidence in changing conditions. Steering feels solid and predictable, and the overall ride has a very “OEM-plus” feel — refined, controlled, and comfortable. These tires truly shine for highway miles and daily driving. What really sets them apart is the balance: comfort, durability, and performance all in one. You can tell these are built with quality materials and thoughtful engineering. Michelin is the only tires I buy for our personal vehicles. Overall traction is great, and I feel safe during rainy day driving. Treadwear performance is excellent, and I have always accumulated at least 40,000 miles on every set of Michelin tires I have owned. I especially appreciate the comfort and handling they provide while driving my 4-wheel drive RAM pickup.

We were running on a different brand of tires but will have to admit that these tires give us quite a comfortable ride! They don't look quite as rugged as ones we've had but if these will last as long as they're rated for them I'll be more than happy.

2018 4Runner do not buy these tires if you are looking for curb appeal. These tires are as plain jane, no cool factor or attitude at all. But they are quiet, smooth & responsive. I have driven in mud snow rain, no problem. I would say overall this tire checks 99.9% of what you want out of a tire. The toyota avalon of tires lol not pretty buy super solid

Replaced stock Jeep Gladiator tires with a set of Defenders. 100% quieter on highway - my main usage. Great wet traction.

This are the best tires ever super comfortable, the traction is another level and endless durability.

don't know why 3 different DOT#'s are used. tires don't have the little fingers sticking out I've seen on previous Michelin purchases. Tires very dirty.
