These are THICK so it feels initially like you are wearing a diaper, which I don’t love. That said, I committed to giving them an honest try and they grew on me. I’m pregnant and when you’re coughing or puking like crazy and the baby is already putting pressure on everything… let’s just say you lose a lot of control down there and it’s really frustrating and messy. I hate being messy, and as diaper like as they may seem at first… these work! They kept me dry and absorbed everything, had no odor, and made a very uncomfortable situation less uncomfortable. I can’t give them 5 stars due to the diaper-esque feel, but the coverage and absorbency is so good that I need to give them 4.

They offer an average level of quality that might suit certain needs. On the positive side, I found the material to be wonderfully soft and gentle against the skin, which is a lovely feature. I also appreciate that they are unscented, which is perfect for sensitive skin. Even without those little wings, the pad is designed with enough width to feel secure, providing peace of mind against accidental side leaks during the day. Their thickness also seems to contribute to good odor control. However, a few things to note: They are quite thick, which can feel a little bulky and make them less ideal for active times outdoors. I also noticed that the pad surface could not absorb liquid quickly; it sometimes feels like the moisture sits for a moment. Because of their current length, I think these are best reserved for daytime use only, as they don't quite offer the complete coverage needed for a restful night's sleep. In short, they offer comforting softness, secure width, and excellent odor control, making them a good option for gentle, daytime wear.

This product prevents me from having any leakage. It is a perfect size, so it is not uncomfortable and bulky. I have tried many different sizes and products. This one is the best I have found.

Now I do use them inside a diaper and not underwear. I love their absorption. They’re very durable and hold a lot of urine. Very comfortable. Very Breathable. My skin is always dry. I have no wetness or skin irritation at all. I they stay very secure inside the diaper and don’t shift when I’m walking. They work wonderfully for overnight. Granted I’m on medication at night for my bladder. I would give these a 10!

These pads are comfortable to wear and are thin enough to keep from having a diaper appearance. The level 4 pads are good for post-cold coughing attacks, sneezing in bed, and also keeping fresh on humid days. The barriers on the side keep leaks away from the inner thighs. 10/10
