Now I can't make any sudden movements, jump, run, or even just sneeze or cough because little drops of urine come out. I'm embarrassed, and sometimes when I cough, I leak even more urine. I always have to use pads for the winter months, even when I'm not on my period, since it's common for me to get a cough or the flu at some point. I hate this. Sometimes pads weren't enough to contain the urine. It's very uncomfortable to go out knowing that at any moment I could end up with wet pants. But these pads are comfortable, they work very well, they adhere quite well, they don't make noise like others I've used, and they keep the urine in place without wetting my underwear. I feel confident using them. Obviously, I'd like to eliminate the problem completely, but for now, this is the best solution. I always carry them with me to avoid any leaks

They were comfortable and didn't shift. These worked for me during the day best for smaller incidence compared to a much larger one at night. I do this depending on awake or asleep. I didn't have any leaks and would buy again!

My biggest problem is the fact that it has no wings and you might leak overnight. Overall it isn’t the worst but definitely not the best. If they tweak a couple things, it would improve my rating.

I hardly knew I was wearing the pad. My only issue is that the pads bunched up towards the back while I wore them, but that could have been a placement issue on my part.
