My biggest problem is the fact that it has no wings and you might leak overnight. Overall it isn’t the worst but definitely not the best. If they tweak a couple things, it would improve my rating.

I have to say that I really like these 4 drop, Regular, moderate absorbency Poise Pads a lot! They are the perfect size with a length of of 8.41 Centimeters and height of 19 centimeters. They’re a moderate absorbency and provide 100% clean and dry protection from bladder leaks. These Poise incontinence pads really do help keep you dry, along with providing odor control. These are very comfortable curve shaped pads that are contoured to help prevent bunching. They feature a wider front and back for secure incontinence protection. If you suffer from bladder leaks, I highly recommend these Poise 4 drop Regular pads with moderate absorbency.

You can purchase them to fit the level amount of leakage too. They are thick enough and not too bulky. They don't make noise or noone can notice you're wearing them. The packaging is pretty and colorful, the pads are individually wrapped in soft covers and they are labeled on the sticker that you remove as the protective cover,as front/avant. They are a pretty purple color too. These pads aren't too bad price wise, they're worth it for keeping dry and clean. They can fit in your purse or anywhere you need to store a few when on the go.

These come in many sizes from liners to underpants to help with all needs. I choose these and recommend them to anyone In need.
