I find though that I would probably need a heavier pad as I did have a tendency produce more than the pad could hold. I definitely would recommend it to my friends that don't have as big a problem as I have.

I usually could get away with just wearing a liner, but now that I am getting older I have noticed the amount is not easily absorbed by a liner. Using the Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length really helped with absorbing and kept me dry instead of having to quickly run to the bathroom or having to change my clothes. I will definitely be purchasing Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length from here on out for all my incontinence needs.

I hate bulky pads that bunch and twist and separate. You even have the brands that separate after you've worn them for a little while. With poise, you don't have to be self conscious about the bulk.

Absorbs a sufficient amount that doesn't make the pad feel bulky or uncomfortable. Also provides odor protection which gives you a comfort level when you are with others and out of your home.
