[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really put them to the test, I need a new hip and suffering with incontinence on top of it, I was changing clothes 4 to 5 times a night because I couldn't make it to the bathroom in time. These pads are by far superior to anything I have tried. They held up and kept me dry without bunching which was a major problem for me. No bunching also means I keep dryer and being a larger lady I find the longer length perfect for me. I also usually dread leaving home for the reason I mentioned above. I felt totally dry and safe from embarrassing accidents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great for absorbency, but feels a little awkward to wear the way it fits in the underwear. I needed something extra long for drips and great for overnights. I use these for my heavy period, and my mom for her bladder control

I certainly liked the length, however for a better product if you have major gushes, then purchase Tena level 7 overnight. I use them day and night to control the urine. These Poise Ultimate absorbency long length work about the same as Wal-marts Equate Overnight Ultimate-Extra coverage Incontinence pads, and I thought they were really lacking in greatness; thus choosing never to purchase again..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My current pad is very bulky but works and I tried quite a bit of different brand of pads but they never seem to match, until trying Poise pads. These pads are not bulky, very comfortable and long which is a plus for me and if you have a leakage it holds in place and not run off the sides. Im glad to have tried these they have made a difference in my life. I already been to the store and brought a few packs.

The pads are also huge and don’t fit inside of my underwear but they seem like they would work well. I think I might have picked the wrong size and maybe there are smaller options with the same length. This size is not as comfortable as I hoped it would be. I thought they were slightly more breathable than the pads I use. I would buy these again after looking at the sizes closer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length Pads is the best incontience pads I have ever used.And yes I have tried plenty.They fit well and you can use it for day or night.It keeps me comfortable when I'm out and about.I don't have to worry about accidents.As an older woman I need a pad that makes me feel feminine and safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pads are ok, the absorption is great and the material is good quality. What I didn't like is that they are thick and nor very flexible which makes them uncomfortable to wear. They show through leggings too.
