Instead of bulky underwear these fit nicely and are not bulky in any way. Your clothes look nice while using them as others can't even tell you have one on. You can go out feeling good and not be self conscious about having one on. They are easy to changem They fit in a purse or handbag very well. I highly recommend them.

Since I had my children at age 38 & 39 I began having incontinence issues. I was scared to go out in fear of having a embarrassing accident. Now I have confidence to step out without fear.

My Aunt has been using a brand of adult pull-ups. While they are pretty and makes one feel as if she is wearing panties, they do not absorb for the degree of protection she needs. Suffering from Alzeimehers, unfortunately she would not make it to the bathroom in time or even know that she needs to use it. I started using these pads with her and they have been a life saving phenomenal. She is dryer and does not reek of urine as she did in the past. Thank you for making these pad. They are indeed a game changer for her, and for me as her caregiver.

I do prefer my pads to have wings, so I felt slightly insecure but I had no issues. They are a bit on the thick side, but not so much that it felt bulky. They worked well for my needs (bladder leakage as well as my menstrual cycle).

Held up good for light or moderate leaks. They really do not work well if a heavey leak happens. I would buy them again to have for day use.

She wears diapers to bed but during the day, wearing something lighter & less bulky under her clothes feel more comfortable for her. She doesn’t have accidents often but sometimes they are unable to get positioned to the toilet in time so having the security of less mess to clean really helps! She uses these for bladder leaks & light menstruation.

I love the new SAM pads they work great for me I use the Ultimate pads in the crotch of my panties & they never let me down plus I use a Maximum pad across the front in my pantie I know I will not have any wetness issues at all & odor is not an issue either ! It's all I can ask for! Thanks
