[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length pads do a great job of protecting you during the day or overnight. At first, the pad felt a little uncomfortable in the front, due to the thickness. But, it became comfortable within 10 minutes or so. I can say that it captured everything and nothing leaked out, whether I was standing, sitting or walking.

I will continue buying this product..i really like this. i don't get rashes and uncomfortable at all..it feels so light and comfortable. This product works great and the multi-pack was awesome for figuring out what size was appropriate for me. I highly recommend this product especially for LBL which is what I experience...mostly when coughing, which I've been doing a lot lately. It's nice to have this option instead of pads....These are absolutely fantastic and it helps control the leaking problem. I tried the stick on patches from two other companies and they were absolutely terrible. Yes, the Poise supports are a little uncomfortable at first but after a while you get used to them.Size one works great for me, but there are 2 more sizes to try if size one doesn't work for you. However, you can buy these much cheaper at Wal-Mart. i really love it a lot and would recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who uses RUMPs (Reusable Menstrual Pads), I was pleasantly surprised by the competency and performance of these pads. They're simply fantastic! When I used to use disposable pads my biggest gripe was not enough coverage and the uncomfortability but, these pads check all those boxes. They are So.comfy and soft, no leaks and no spills, even overnight! I'd definitely consider these a great alternative to reusable pads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length would have been great if only they were narrower in the groin area. They were very absorbent and for the most part the pad was comfortable. However, I had a narrow groin area and the sides of the pads pressed into my legs which caused irritation and discomfort. I had surgery to remove lymph nodes there in 2006 and it began to hurt after wearing the pads for 10 minutes. After using 3 pads I had to stop using them.

I have been using the #4 pad for years. Got a new supply last week and am very upset with the changes you’ve made! Why on earth would you make them shorter, put less glue on the back end so the pad flips onto itself and now the sides crush onto themselves to make a long lump in the length of the pad! The old style was just fine, why these horrible changes?
