If you are someone that does find that you tend to have these issues, go for pads that actually will do the job not just a period pad. These fit so well and they really do absorb what they need to absorb. They're extremely comfortable and they just allow you to be more free.

I really wasn't sure how soft they would be, but I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with how smooth they are on my skin; no rubbing or chafing. I was concerned about the length but it turns out that the length is perfect for my body size, so I'm super happy! The absorbency factor, has been a great relief, so important to me because I'm nervous about being away from home for long periods of time. Now, wearing Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length, I've been able to confidently go out and stay gone for as long as I need to be, knowing that I'm secure, safe and I don't have to worry about any leaks or overflows. Tried them wearing a pair of leggings and they didn't feel like they were showing. Overall this is a product I enjoyed and will buy in the future.

It's not noisy if you are trying to be discreet. They feel very durable unlike other flat,thin cheap feeling pads. The curved shape makes these less noticeable through clothing. Especially if tou are wearing tight bottoms.
