[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poise 4 Drop Regular Moderate Absorbency Pads are larger than a heavy day maxi pads. They come discreetly wrapped in individual pink packages with no exterior labeling. The pad itself has an adhesive strip and is labeled to indicate the correct direction of positioning. The pad is soft and gentle. It was comfortable to wear while sitting - I forgot it was there - but feels quite bulky when standing or moving around. I wouldn’t wear it with tight clothes. Also, the adhesive portion, and the width in general, was larger than the gusset portion of my underwear. I can’t comment on the absorbency faction, as that aspect went untested.

But I recently discovered Poise Pads and liners. I like that they are available in different sizes and levels of  absorbency. First thing you noticed they are individually wrapped  in a cute ,soft wrapper ,the pad has  a visible front and back.  and wide adhesive strip. No wings but it did stay secure even during exercising and sleep.  Now the important part, they are comfortable ,light weight ,did not bunch up and very effective for my light to moderate gush. They absorb and wick away so you feel dry and effectively control the odor. These Poise pads  will become my new wetness protection go to .Definitely recommend to family and friends.

It’s not that bad right now, so I think these are too big for my situation, but they are actually great. They look big and bulky, but they fit so comfortable. I like how it has an arrow to distinguish the front. It has a nice scent to draw away odor. It’s small enough to fit in my gym bag or backpack for emergencies.
