For incontinence it’s definitely overkill. You will want to wear them with full coverage underwear because they are large and plush! Therefore, you should not have leaks but they are easily detectable if wearing leggings!

It’s soft so you hardly feel it there. They come folded and individually wrapped making it easy to take one on the go discretely. The core whisked away wetness and held in in the core so you didn’t feel it even when sitting. A little Bulky in tighter fitting clothing.

Even before menopause I would never have worn this big of a pad. I would think that Poise would make something smaller and just as absorbent. Hopefully Poise comes up with a better solution than these pads.
