The pad stays in place and doesn’t feel bulky. I also like that there’s no strong scent. Overall, I feel confident using them and would definitely buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length would have been great if only they were narrower in the groin area. They were very absorbent and for the most part the pad was comfortable. However, I had a narrow groin area and the sides of the pads pressed into my legs which caused irritation and discomfort. I had surgery to remove lymph nodes there in 2006 and it began to hurt after wearing the pads for 10 minutes. After using 3 pads I had to stop using them.

I don’t always need this size, but when I’m sick and sneezing a lot , they definitely come in handy. They are made really well and don’t fall apart. I also really like that it shows which way they fit in your underwear. They help me stay dry, fresh, and odor free on those bad days that I really need them. I definitely recommend them. I have used Poise overnight ultimate pads for years and have been a satisfied customer. However, this new "improvement" to the pad is anything but. The pad is thinner, less absorbent, and most importantly, it leaks. What is the point of wearing a pad if it leaks??? I don't understand why it was necessary to fix something that wasn't broken. If you're going to fix it, at least improve it, don't make it a substandard product. Now I have to search for a different product because Poise has dropped the ball. Very disappointed.
