[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never tried the Poise Incontinence Pads, Ultimate Absorbency, Long Pad until I received the product to review. I had seen them in the store but I felt the only way I could guarantee protection from those accidental leaks were to buy the name brand incontinence underwear. Boy was I wrong. The Poise Incontinence Pads really form to your body. The front of the pad is wider which is where you need the protection and absorbance. Because its a pad I thought it would bunch up and make wearing them uncomfortable but it didn't. The underwear sometimes leaked from the side depending on how you were standing or sitting however the pads I didn't have any leakage no matter how I was standing or sitting. I would recommend them to anyone who needs some protection

So I tend to have giggle and cough leaks but on top of that, from time to time, it's hard to take the first few steps. When urge incontinence strikes, these do a great job at catching that gush that has caused a lot of embarrassment. The long length Poise pads in particular, have been extra helpful with those moments. You go to stand up and dread fills your body as bladder says "HELLO". BUT your Poise pads have your back... and your front covered. They simply don't allow the urine to make it that far. And they don't feel as horrible diapers. You know you're covered against the laugh leaks, the sneeze blast and cough gush but it truly doesn't feel or more importantly, look like you're wearing a full on diaper. They don't hold a full go but they will save your pants til you can get in there. Poise long length pads also don't seem to stink like some others can. Definitely a win.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Poise are very absorbent. No need to worry about leakage or odor when wearing them. During the day or at night both work. They fit well and the comfort level is good. You don’t really know they are on.

Poise pads are way too expensive. I was spending a FORTUNE on Poise and finally started trying different brands in order to find a less expensive alternative. Forget Tena pads -- they are absolutely AWFUL. I finally found PREVAIL pads, which are highly absorbent, stick to the panty far better than Poise, are prettier, and come in a nicer wrapper. Prevail pads are a LOT cheaper and, actually, they are even more absorbent than Poise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pads are ok, the absorption is great and the material is good quality. What I didn't like is that they are thick and nor very flexible which makes them uncomfortable to wear. They show through leggings too.

After trying and comparing with other brands, Poise is the best option for me as I am confident I will have complete protection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after i try to use this pads! i am surprise they were and what a strain on my body. It’s been long time after i have my twin that i can’t control my bladder!!The pads have changed from period types to bladder control and from thin and narrow to wider and longer. Many brands have so many different sizes and absorbing strengths that it’s a challenge to make up your mind which one is best for you. It has an extra strip of padding in the middle. It is noticeably thicker. And it is wider as well in the crotch area. My underwear and outerwear stay dry most of the time now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the complete outer packing of the Poise Originals Ultimate Absosorbency Long Lengenth pads. This individual wrapper ate also nice soft and quiet to open. The pads are definitely definitely long and thick and stick to the underwear well. My problem is they are so wide that the really bunch up and are uncomfortable to wear. I feel like we've gone back in time to the 70's wearing those big bulky pads. I will not be purchasing this style.

I found them to be absorbent fairly comfortable I could probably go with a smaller size. They seem to be breathable and provide good leakage protection and control odor.
