I was protected and covered for every little or heavy leak I had. I didn’t have to worry about anything bleeding through or being embarrassed by leakage. I had no leaks all day!

The absorbancy is there and these did not cause any leaks, even on the first day which is always my heaviest. They weren't too bulky either so it's not obvious you're wearing anything if you decide to rock tighter pants or shorts.

I definitely felt confident that it provided maximum leak protection while being breathable. It did its job well, but it was a little bulky and long for my needs especially for athletic wear. Now understanding the sizing, I would purchase more a 3. But if you need maximum absorption, this pad will do the job!

They kept me dry for 3-4 hours during a heavier period day before switching. I also like that they don't feel too bulky.

They are soft and have the perfect width and length, offering excellent overnight protection. They adhere well to underwear and stay securely in place. These pads are highly absorbent and do not leak. Additionally, they are odor-free. I typically use them for the first two days of my period before switching to the regular Poise pads. Highly recommended!

They were big enough so you won't have to worry about leakage and I thought they were comfortable to wear. So yes I would definitely recommend them I know I would buy the Poise Bladder Control Pads.
