Due to new OAB meds I recently switched from Poise size 5 long to 4 long. I was shocked to discover that the pads were about 2" shorter which just didn't fit me properly and caused constant leaks since they were too short. This is NOT stated on the package and makes no logical sense. Length is length NOT absorbency rating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall product of the pads was pretty good. It did a great job with the absorbency! I did feel like the pads would bunch up quite a bit on me. I appreciated the long length but I think it was too long. It wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped, and my husband told me he could the bulkiness of the pad through my leggings - so I had to be careful what I wore. Overall, it did the job it was supposed to do but these might be for just wearing at the house and not in public.

I purchased the #6 long a week ago. I have never used poise brand and will not purchase this product again. I am very dissatisfied with the absorbancy and the comfort. The absorbancy is equivelant to pouring water onto cardboard and it causes a great mess. I also do not feel any comfort from the pad. I have chafing and itching from the dry corseness of the pad. I do like the hourglass shape and the length is perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are very absorbent and comfortable, I would recommend these to anyone that has a heavy flow, they work really well. They aren’t scented, which I like because I feel like that causes irritation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I was not satisfied with the poise extra absorbency long length. The adesive not strong enough.. It was very uncomfortable to wear. I feel if I'm wearing a pad even for urine leaks that I should be comfortable and I wasnt.

They're not something I would use during the day because it feels like a diaper but I definitely use them at night when I'm not active and need super absorbency and protection. They cover your whole lower area so no matter which way you lie, you won't have to worry about accidental spotting on the bed. It really does control any ordors and keeps your protected for long hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying the poise pads ltimate absorbance long length pads I have to say they were actually a nice change from my usual product.I usually always end up with a stain somewhere on my panties from my pad twisting or bunching up. These were extra long which seemed excessive at first but was just what I needed to keep my clothes feel m getting any spots on them or having to use a product with those annoying wings. The pads were perfectly absorbant Leaving me feeling dry which was a welcome change. There was only one complaint which was because of the overall thickness and length you could definitely tell I was wearing it no matter what kind of pants I had on. Other than that I loved these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Poise Ultimate Absorbency Long Length pads, and they are very effective. I only had mild side leakage with a nearly saturated pad. However, the pads are a little bulky, but that is understandable with the design.

The long length provided overall coverage and there was no need to worry. For individuals who need the added security, this is definitely beneficial to providing that overall coverage for times of urinary incontinence.
