[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the poise pads overnight. And I really was surprised at how it absorbed and it didn’t feel like I was wearing a pad at all. And do to the fact I’m a plus size women they didn’t shift it actually stayed in place.

They’re definitely absorbent and did the job during the day. However, I had a bit of an issue when I wore them overnight. They tended to move around quite a bit while I was sleeping, which was a bit annoying. So, if you need something reliable for daytime use, these are a solid choice. But for nighttime, you might want to look for something that stays in place better. My daughter also gave them a try and she said they were ok. She said there are pads that stay in place better and she felt these ones were bulky feeling. Overall I’d give them a 4/5 rating.

I was surprised to see a front and back indicated on the liner, which means there is a right way and a wrong way to wear them. The pad did not seem to bulky or uncomfortable. The adhesive strip was strong enough to hold the product in place. There were 20 to this package which is a good amount.

With a cottony soft top layer and a beautiful colored design, protection feels pretty and comfortable. While slightly wide for me personally at 5’6” & 175 pounds, once I walked from our bathroom to our upstairs bedroom I was not uncomfortable and slept peacefully knowing my bladder was fully protected.

I decided to try these Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length pads, not only do they work, but they work great. I always hated wearing pads during my teenage years for my periods, but these have proven effective and very comfortable. I stay dry, and no one is the wiser that I am wearing a pad. It makes my very long day at work comfortable and less embarrassing. I would recommend them for anyone that suffers in silence with a mild to moderate case of urinary incontinence. I mostly dribble, but as a nurse, sometimes I wait too long to go to the bathroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pads were a good length and comfortable. Although they do bunch up a little in the middle, I don’t notice it. They are not noticeable when wearing, even in snug pants. Overall I think they’re a good pad to wear.

I was able to wear one pad all day without issues. No odor or leakage. I usually wear the panty liners but would have to change several times a day. I'll definitely be switching to this bigger pad.

I have been using the #4 pad for years. Got a new supply last week and am very upset with the changes you’ve made! Why on earth would you make them shorter, put less glue on the back end so the pad flips onto itself and now the sides crush onto themselves to make a long lump in the length of the pad! The old style was just fine, why these horrible changes?
