As a women it’s not very flattering having the “diaper look”. So these were perfect and fit so well without giving that “diaper look”. Plus they come in a package with just the right amount so you don’t have to purchase so frequently. They’re just perfect!

The length of these is what I like the most. Most pads just aren’t long enough for me and I don’t feel protected in the back or front when sitting. These make sure you feel secure at all times during your time of the month. These are pretty bulky, which is totally fine for when you are home but for ease of putting in your purse, it’s not descret at all and takes up space. I’m okay with this because I just use them at home.

I was concerned at first that being long that they would be visible and uncomfortable but they were neither of these, they were also very absorbent would definitely recommend and will definitely purchase in the future.

These are excellent and cover remarkably well...I'm a TG male and wear them on a daily basis...I wear the #5 hourglass for daytime use, then at night, I switch out to the Ultimate hourglass #6....Their smooth fitting, fast absorbing, and most importantly, they stay put in your panties...No binding, no shifting, they stay where their suppose to be...I luv them, only wish they would come out with a "winged" pad for the # 4's & # 5's...

They are very comfortableand I cannot even tell that I am wearing them, and neither can anyone else, even when I wear my tight jeans, they are also very absorbent, which is great for me as I don't have to change them as often. They are absorbent and don't fall apart when wet. I didn't have to worry about any smell because the pad absorbed that. I would recommend these pads.

Plus, they are long enough to catch leaks from front to back. I have an overactive bladder (urinary incontinence), which is really embarrassing, so I need a pad that is super absorbent, and THIS is the one. It pulls the wetness and odor into the core where it locks them in. These pads keep me dry enough while I am having a leak until I am able to make it to the bathroom. No more visibly embarrassing messes on my clothes. If it has ever happened to you, then you know how damaging that can be to your self-esteem, even if it happens to you when you're at home. The efficacy of these pads is imperative when it comes to keeping you feeling confident. I would rate them a 10/10.
