The pads are also huge and don’t fit inside of my underwear but they seem like they would work well. I think I might have picked the wrong size and maybe there are smaller options with the same length. This size is not as comfortable as I hoped it would be. I thought they were slightly more breathable than the pads I use. I would buy these again after looking at the sizes closer.

I like the hourglass shape. The other pads would bunch shift and fail. These stay in place much better. The sides are cupped so that helps too. I am surprised at how much they will absorb. I do wish there were some way the ends could wick some more liquid away from the middle on bad days.
