[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked testing out the new Poise ultimate absorbency pads they worked really good. My only issue with these pads was the ones that I received were super long and made me feel like I was wearing a diaper which made me really uncomfortable.

I have used these pads for years for bladder incontinence. I used to feel comfortable knowing I could confidently wear an absorbent pad instead of some kind of adult diaper. Unfortunately, the last several packs I have bought have leaked over the flimsy sides leading to extremely embarrassing situations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a free package of Poise Originals Ultimate Absorbency Long Length from Home Tester Club in exchange for a honest review.I am a 56 year old postmenopausal woman who suffers from light to medium incontinence especially at night.Sometimes when I wake up in the morning , I don’t make it to the bathroom in time and my underwear is wet so I was very excited to try this product.It worked great.Even if I had leakage in the morning, my clothes remained dry.I highly recommend this product .

I must say they work well and did the job and kept me feeling clean, dry and fresh throughout each wear. The pad length was just right and stayed in place for the most part. I do prefer wings for a better stay put fix, especially if I'm exercising etc. I do recommend them and probably would buy.

Surprised it felt natural- not too thick and didn't feel like I was wearing a pad. It has a front and back so you know where to place the pad- clear concise directions. I have a problem with moderate bladder control so when I cough laugh or do yoga sometimes I have leakage- this poise pad was extremally absorbent and had no leakage and plus side kept me dry and no urine smell- Highly recommend.

It really helps and I dont have to worry about sneezing and leaking. The only issues I have, is that it feels like I'm wearing a diaper and the fact that I would prefer the pads to have the "wings" on the sides for a little extra security. I know that having, "Ultimate Absorbency" requires more, shall we say "stuffing" but I also dont wanna feel like I'm wearing a diaper while running errands.
