They’re thin and discreet but still provide great absorbency, so I feel confident wearing them all day without worrying about leaks. However, they offered great protection, and I stayed fresh throughout the day. Poise makes some great products, but this one just wasn’t the most comfortable for me. I plan to continue using them to see if the comfort improves over time.

I didn’t like how bulky they are, it made me feel as though it wouldn’t stay in place with a lot of heavy movement. Also the actual cotton part stuck to me so I kept feeling like I had to pull my it off of my skin. I didn’t like that the wrapper was not reusable, once opened it’s ripped too much to wrap a used pad in.
