They’re comfortable, absorb well, and help me feel dry and confident throughout the day. I also like that there are different options for absorbency and length, so I can choose what works best depending on the situation. However, I’ve noticed that some newer versions seem thinner and less absorbent than before, and occasionally the pad can shift or bunch up after a few hours of wear. The scented ones can also be a bit irritating for sensitive skin. Overall, though, Poise pads are trustworthy and convenient, and I still prefer them over most other brands for their comfort and reliable protection.

This is a “level six” of eight for absorbency. It says you can wear them 12 hours that is great for absorbency but kind of gross… perhaps a sleeker product for less time ? But they are fairly comfortable for the size and more discreet than you’d think! The size is mostly in the length not thickness.
