The size could be adjusted a bit to accommodate a more slender area but the lack of bulk makes up for it. For the price you pay for them you won’t find better.

I do wish the size was smaller to properly fit into underwear without the sticky pad getting stuck to part of my skin when pulling up underwear.

I’ve had a few close calls racing to the bathroom in the past, or the dreaded cough and leak. These would have saved the day. They are pretty thin, so no one could tell I was wearing one. They stayed in place until it was time to change. I was worried they would make me feel hot and sweaty, but they actually helped keep everything dry down there. They have nice quiet wrappers too.
