Poise pads have been my salvation; they adapt perfectly to my body, are good for my skin, and super absorbent. They've been the best option for my incontinence.

Absorbency was great and lasted all day. Only big thing for me was that they were too thick and bulky. Slightly uncomfortably wide in the center. They definitely work for their intended purpose though.

The absorbency is excellent — no leaks or damp feeling even on busy days. I love the ContourFit design that stays in place and feels comfortable. The only downside is they’re a little thick, so they can show under tighter clothes. But for all-day freshness and reliable protection, these are one of the best I’ve tried. Perfect for moms or anyone dealing with light bladder leaks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these pads every day for 10 days and I’ve not been disappointed. They don’t bunch and shift and most importantly these pads are very absorbent and keep odors in check. I never had a problem with leakage. I would definitely recommend Poise.

The #4 pads are now different. Those being sold in the lighter pink cover are not as absorbent and leak easier on the sides. I have been using these for a few years, and still have some of the former ones and there is a noticeable difference. I just used a package of the older ones and they were the same as before so it is not me, it is the newer version. So either you use many more, or you move up a level where you don't get as many in the package. Either way you are selling more of a much more inferior product than before.
