She has tried many brands and Poise beats them all. They come in several absorbency levels (like maxi pads) so you can choose the one you need and step up/down as needed. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market.

However, after day 1, I was impressed. Although it’s a tad bulky, it definitely gets the job done. I could barely feel it as I was wearing it, in addition the padding made it extra quiet & kept me dry. I most definitely will be purchasing again.
