The absorbency is good and keeps me feeling dry and confident. The side elastic barriers work well and help hold everything in place without leaks. The size is about one and a half palms, which makes them a great option for plus-size women. Overall, a reliable and comfortable choice.

Seems to hold a good amount though I can't gage how much I'm really leaking at any time I just know it happens. Adheres well and stays in place. But, my gosh, these are THICK. What I really cannot understand is why these, and the majority of women's incontinence products are thick and bunchy, yet they make menstrual products extremely thin and those work fine when period shedding can be thicker than urine. The packaging just says moderate & I can't seem to find what their definition of moderate is. I just know sometimes pantiliners are just not enough for me at all when I experience bladder leakage. I did feel quite dry wearing them so that was good also.

After having a hysterectomy you sometimes have little tinkle accidents or need added protection at night for those party coughs/sneezes and these are so helpful.
