Because of the materials they use, it is breathable without feeling wet for hours. Although I do prefer wings to prevent shifting, this one is thick enough not to shift around especially if you are somewhat active. I don't recommend wearing this one when in the gym or in intense activity.

No issues with leaks. Has a nice smell that is not overbearing and you get a good amount in the pack. Highly recommend.

The pads were somewhat noticeable under my joggers but probably would not show when wearing jeans. The packaging that covers each pad don’t open up very smoothly. Other than that, they do what they intend to do.
