It stays in place pretty nicely for someone being somewhat active. I prefer pads with wings, but this is a nice alternative!

They don’t feel like a diaper which is what I was worried about because they’re so thick but they’re surprisingly comfortable. They adhered well but I did have some issues with them rolling up a little while I slept. I would still recommend.
