[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The poise, regular moderate absorbency pads do catch a lot of absorbency, especially for a teen who is very active in outside sports up to a mother who’s had three children. For us unfortunately the regular size was not a fit for us. We would probably purchase a longer pad in the future. It does help contain any type of moisture or excess fluid that you may lose throughout the day though and does mask the smell of down there after a run or Zumba workout. We both changed our pad twice-through out the day because of sports so we could start fresh for the remainder of the day.

Whether I’m running, lifting weights, or kickboxing, the Poise Ultimate Absorbency pads have kept my pants dry. They also don’t run or chafe my skin. These pads are big, but they are thin, which make them look discreet under pants. They adhere very well to my panties, and I’ve never had an issue with them shifting during my workouts. I also love that they are unscented, as I try to avoid synthetic fragrances. The packaging is simple and folded portable, so I can fit them in my purse. I love these pads!

My 4 year old recently announced to my extended family that we couldn’t leave for dinner yet because mommy needed to “change her diaper.” She meant me. I needed to change MY diaper. She was referring to the budget pads I had been using to counter the havoc she and her sibling had reaped on my body. I was mortified. MORTIFIED. The alternative is to wear nothing, leak on myself, and have to change clothes every time something amused me or the season changed. I could see her point though … the budget pads did kind of look like diapers. They sounded like diapers (crunchy), they bunched under clothes like diapers, and they even kind of smelled like diapers (IYKYK). It’s like Poise could hear my cry’s of embarrassment all the way from Texas. Poise pads rectify all of these issues in a discrete way that don’t have my children telling my nosey sister in law that I wear diapers. Consider me a convert.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise Fresh Protection Pads 4 (moderate) are comfortable, soft and do not give me any irritation but they are a bit too short for me. I love the elastic feature, but the pad starts to bunch up the more I move around. For bladder leaks, I need a pad that will stay in place. I found these pads to have great absorbency (no leaks!) and better than a maxipad can provide. The biggest drawback for me is feeling a little too wet from the top layer not soaking everything up fast enough, I assume. There is nothing more uncomfortable than feeling like you are sitting in a wet diaper! All that said, I still feel protected which gives me the confidence I need to not worry about leakage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great they are nice and long with a good thickness to them I like the sidewalls which keep moisture from spilling over and they are very absorbent keeping me dry and safe from any leakage. These are comfortable to wear I use them daily for leaks after childbirth when I cough or sneeze I tend to have some urine leak out and these are very helpful at keeping me clean and dry
