They absorb well and they have great oder control. There are many different styles in the poise pads so be aware which one you purchase. I like that they added a quiet wrapper but with the paper backing was a little quieter as well. The adhesive is good and they stay in place well.

I've always thought Poise was for "Old" women, but i was pleasantly surprised at how effective they are. There's no rustling noise or strong perfume smell like I had expected. It is a little bit thick and can get bunched up in your underwear. But if you’re worried about it being seamless, it’s really not as bad as I thought it would be because of its thickness. I put it on on my underwear and once I put pants on, you, couldn’t even tell I was wearing anything. It’s really good it does the job. But it did bunch up a little bit in my underwear, which made it slightly uncomfortable, but it really wasn’t bad
