If you have light bladder leakage you will want to choose a lighter pad absorption than if you have heavy bladder leakage. They come in the same packaging that a menstrual pad does, so they are easy to carry, and dispose of. I like the way they are like menstrual pads. The only thing I do not like about them is that they can sometimes move around if you are doing a lot of activity, i would prefer if they had wings to hold them in place better, but that is just my opinion.

The pad is a good length to make sure you’re dry overnight, sticky enough to stay put, but just has a bulky feel and makes noise when moving around. The guide for absorbency on the side is great to give you insight depending on what your needs are.
