[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't always need this level of protection, but when I do the Poise Pads 6 Drop, Ultimate Absorbency helps me feel more secure. It's a relief to not have to worry about an embarrassing accident, because I can trust that it will hold for urgency gushes. It has better absorbency than a previously used store brand from a bulk store, which is the only other similar size pad that I have used. It does the job, but I do wish that it didn't feel so thick, and that edges were more tapered. It's so bulky that it's obvious I'm wearing a big pad unless I wear loose clothing. There is not enough stickiness to hold it down sufficiently. It has lifted up off of my underwear as I pulled them down. It is also quite wide. The size dimensions are about 14 inches long by 4.5 inches wide. I did not experience any smell, sounds, or leakage. I am glad to have it as an option for the bad bladder irritation days, long car rides, flights, and just in case as needed.

The absorbency is more than enough to keep me dry without causing painful rashes or chafing. The material is both comfortable to wear and fits my plus-size 2XL panties without gaps and embarrassing accidents. Additionally, the material wicks away moisture and doesn't retain any odors, which is extremely important for maintaining self-esteem. I love that it's easy to tell by looking at the individual packaging which way faces the front, not only from the sticky tape attached to each pad, but also by physically looking at what appears to be the top of a clover. Lastly, the soft pink color gives it a feminine touch. I highly recommend these pads!

These pads are easy to use, open easily and have adhesive that provides long lasting protection without worrying about the pad shifting or bunching. They also have a great shape with side protection that helps prevent leaks! I am a size 12 and found that the pads fit well in my underwear and stayed in place well. They are lightweight and breathable, so you hardly feel them, but know, you have excellent protection! I recommend these pads to anyone with mild moderate bladder leakage booking to upgrade their pad with lightweight and breathable protection!
