The adhesive holds them in place without leaving any sticky residue on your underwear. I did have issues with them bunching up when I was active. I think a size down might cure that issue because they would be a touch more narrow. Even with that I liked how soft to the touch they were. They didn't leave any sore spots from rubbing in places. It’s give you that self confidence if you have to use a public restroom and people won’t know you use pads. The pads are very absorpt. It’s doesn’t matter how much liquid comes out there is no odor.
