Poise pads is the answer . These badder control pads come in different levels I through 8,I would recommend level 6 for night time , they keep me dry and without odor. You can also use different levels of thickness for different levels of leaks starting at one .

Now I do use them inside a diaper and not underwear. I love their absorption. They’re very durable and hold a lot of urine. Very comfortable. Very Breathable. My skin is always dry. I have no wetness or skin irritation at all. I they stay very secure inside the diaper and don’t shift when I’m walking. They work wonderfully for overnight. Granted I’m on medication at night for my bladder. I would give these a 10!

The pads are very substantial and have some bulk to them but it’s worth it for the amount of coverage and absorption it provides. Definitely gives me peace of mind now that I need the protection any time I sneeze. I love that I can wear these and no one will know just by looking at me. They’re very discreet.

The pad is soft and thin, so it feels comfortable to wear. I can wear it during the day or at night, and I don’t feel worried about leaks. Sometimes, the pad moves or bunches up if I walk a lot. I wish the sticky part stayed in place better. Also, the pad feels a little short, so it may not be the best for heavy leaks. But for normal daily use, it works fine.
