The pads are thin, not bulky, and comfortable to wear throughout the day. You don't have to worry about leaking if you're out running errands or on a trip. The back lining shows which side needs to be facing front on the underwear for proper protection and wearing. There is a scrunchy protection on the sides which prevents leaking.

They were comfortable to sleep in and were breathable. They also did not have a strong smell to them. Sometimes when there is too much fragrance, it can be off putting. Would purchase again.
