After welcoming twins at age 27, I faced those unexpected leaks that come with a sneeze, a cough, or a good laugh. Even now, 32 years later I struggle with leaks but more of it. I sometimes struggle to reach the bathroom in time. The Poise 6 drop ultimate long protection pads offer the coverage I need and holds a significant amount of liquid, more than I expected, and I’m glad. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent pad for side control, won't leak out! The fit is nice in your underwear although it tends to bunch up if it's too long for you. Mine might have been too long because bunching up was an issue but it held quite a bit and never leaked.

This is very comfortable to wear without anyone noticing. This doesn’t make any sort of noise while wearing them which was a plus for me. While they do offer good protection, the bulkiness makes them feel uncomfortable for daily wear, especially under fitted clothes. The absorbency is fine, but the overall design could be slimmer and softer. Not terrible, just not the right fit for me. Not breathe enough. Not sure about durability
