Horribly, Moldy Bread, Do NOT Buy

I bought this on March 21st. I hadn't even opened either package and on Monday, April 1st I made French Toast without thinking of checking the crust. I usually buy Sarah Lee bread from Sam's Club in Hanover, Pa. But this day I was shopping at the Timonium store and bought this bread because they didn't have Sara Lee bread available. I got horribly sick from this bread. Two days later, I thought I'd make some toast to settle my stomach and the whole loaf was green and fuzzy. I've had Sarah Lee bread for a month and never had a problem with any mold. I don't know how old this bread was when they stocked it on the shelf, but this is totally unacceptable. Blue Ribbon needs to stop making bread and Sam's Club needs to stop buying that brand of bread. I missed 2 days of work and they need to reimburse me for 3 rolls of toilet paper, a pair of underwear and new sheets for my bed. The only good thing that happened was that I lost 10 lbs.

Growing penicillin in a day. Wholesale nastiness

Bought it opened it and it was green w mold. Contacted manufacturer “ If you are experiencing a quality issue, please return the product to your local retailer where it was purchased.” So Schmidt bread is indifferent to quality control.
