Pairing this with the app I’ve accomplished better morning workouts than anything I was doing alone in the gym. High quality build, smooth movement of parts, and perfect size for my home. I docked it a star because I have recently found that many Centre workout programs utilize a Smith bar which this unit does not have and cannot be added. Perhaps, my gripe is more with the Centre apps lack of FTX equipment specific workouts.

I love that I can get a full body workout with this thing. Pull up bar is sturdy, as are the cables. The double stack has been really clutch for me. It's been 3 weeks and I'm already starting to see definition in my back and chest I haven't seen in years.

I bought the functional trainer last year. This has been a great addition to my home gym. The functional trainer selectorized weight selection makes working out fun and fast. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is starting to workout or who is a serious about fitness.

This machine is great, in fact, I was able to get rid of 3 other machines because this one does so much. I like how I can move from chest workouts right into back, legs, and arms with ease. This machine is a must if your short on space and need the versatility. One of my best purchases for sure

Single best workout equipment you can buy. This one piece of equipment allows you to hit all the areas you want. While there is no dedicated program for the 2, I've used the great programs available for the centr 1 and 3. Quality piece of equipment. Couldn't be happier.
