So far so good. As others have said the subscription is a bit steep. I mistakenly subscribed thinking it couldn't be used otherwise til I just used YouTube instead. Works fine with that! So I un subscribed. It's been tons of fun for our crazy household so far.

After a few months, one machine, the battery no longer holds a charge. HOWEVER if plugged into an outlet it still works at least for me. No longer a "portable rechargeable" product. FYI the current price now is about $5 lower than what I paid and I ordered 3 total!!

Battery cover broke immediately when trying to put batteries in the microphone. I emailed customer suport and they said they could not provide a replacement part and told me to call the toll free if i needed more help. Cheap plastic parts otherwise it works...for now.

This karaoke machine is a lot of value for the money. Just plugged it in, put AA batteries in the microphones, and it immediately worked. Volume is adjustable from quite loud to reasonable. Both microphones can be used for duets. It connected by Bluetooth to my i phone for background music. Record and playback are simply push a button, no additional memory card needed. My 3 yo granddaughter absolutely loves it

My daughter loved this but she was only able to use it for about 5 months. After 5 months it was unable to charge. It couldn’t even be used plugged in. The battery inside this machine is junk!!!
